  • Palliative Care team Ty Olen

    Hope Again is the youth website of Cruse Bereavement Care. It is a safe The service provides a range of specialist support. These include:
    – Advice with managing symptoms
    – Psychological support for patients and families
    – Information and education support for patients and families

    The care is delivered in partnership with the general practitioners, district nurses, hospital based doctors and nurses. The Team consists of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists; designated social worker, chaplaincy service, administration and volunteer staff.
