Non-urgent advice: Your Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on regular treatment, a request for prescriptions can be made by:
1) bringing your repeat prescription counterfoil to the surgery
2) sending it by post
3) or ordering online (see below).
You will need to allow 48 hours for the prescription to be processed until it is ready for collection (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
If you collect from the Castle Pharmacy please allow an extra 24 hours.
If sending the request by post, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope for its return. You will need to allow 7 days for its arrival and return.
Non-urgent advice: Prescription Delivery
Some chemists will deliver prescriptions free of charge to housebound patients on request.
Please note that prescription delivery is at the discretion of the pharmacist and that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. This is a private arrangement between yourself and the pharmacist.
Whilst we will assist wherever possible, Castle Surgery will not be held responsible for any issues relating to the delivery of prescriptions.
