New Patients

To register with the practice a New patient check is required.
All patients will be required to have a new patient check with the Health Care Suport Worker.

When you contact the practice to make an appointment you will be asked to clarify your address to make sure that you are living within the practice boundary. You will need to collect the necessary paper work from the practice before your appointment date.

Suggestions & Complaints

Both the doctors and staff are here to help you in any way possible and can usually solve any of your queries or questions. If, however you have a suggestion or complaint to make please ask to speak or write to the practice manager, Nicola Edwards, who will be pleased to discuss the matter with you. There are also complaint leaflets which are available at the main reception. If you have any queries, please ask any of the receptionists, nurses or doctors for advice.

Conduct

The practice will not tolerate any violent or abusive behaviour from patients towards any member of staff or personnel on the premises. The consequences will be removal from the practice list.

The Practice Building

The Premises were purpose built in 1991 with all the patients’ facilities being situated at ground level.
There is disabled access at the front main entrance, and at the rear.
There are approximately 24 parking spaces and an additional four disabled parking spaces.
At the main reception counter there is a T Wave loop amplifier and a portable amplifier available for use during consultations.
