Welcome to Castle Surgery’s new interactive website! We want to thank our patients for your patience with the transition to our new website.
Patients can now request appointments, repeat prescriptions, test results, medication reviews, synchronisation of your prescription, sick note requests, changing personal details and much more!
Our new website also offers online health reviews, such as submitting your blood pressure readings. You can also request disease register reviews, such as Asthma, COPD, Contraceptive Pill review and much more by search for our ‘Online Form‘ page.
Our staff have had extensive training with our new dashboard to answer these requests with a 4 hour turnover (within working hours 8-6 Mon to Fri).
We hope our new website provides patients a more easier, user friendly and modern approach to accessing the practice.
